Service Description

Professional installation and setup of a smart thermostat for your home. Service includes removal of the existing thermostat, installation of the new smart thermostat, connection to your home Wi-Fi network, and full setup within the mobile app. We’ll test heating and cooling functions, scheduling features, and remote control from your phone, and show you how to adjust settings and manage temperature from anywhere. Compatible with popular brands such as Ecobee, Nest, and other smart home–ready thermostats. Note: Existing HVAC wiring must be compatible with the new thermostat. If a C-wire, wiring modifications, or additional HVAC work is required, this can be quoted after a quick assessment. The listed booking amount covers only the scope described above. Additional work, labor, hardware or upgrades require a separate quote and client approval.
