On-site service visit to diagnose and resolve issues with an existing smart home or automation system. This service is ideal when devices are not responding, automations are not running properly, or systems need adjustments, reconnection, or reprogramming. We evaluate the smart home system, connected devices, network, and control settings to restore functionality and improve performance wherever possible during the visit. Includes: • Troubleshooting of smart home or automation system • Device connectivity and communication check • App and control interface testing • Scene, schedule, and automation review • Reconnection of devices to network or hub • Basic reprogramming and configuration adjustments • Integration check between devices and control system • Smart lighting, switches, thermostats, locks, and motorized shade systems troubleshooting • Adjustment or reconnection of smart shades when applicable • System testing and verification • Client walkthrough of updates and recommendations Common Systems Serviced: Smart hubs, lighting control systems, smart switches, thermostats, locks, voice assistants, motorized shades, and integrated home automation platforms from most major brands.
