On-site service visit to diagnose and resolve issues with an existing security or surveillance system. This service is ideal when cameras, doorbells, alarms, or monitoring devices are not working properly, offline, or need adjustment. We evaluate the system, connections, and settings to restore functionality whenever possible during the visit. Includes: • Troubleshooting of security cameras, doorbells, or alarm systems • System connectivity and power check • Network connection verification • App and device communication testing • Basic configuration corrections • Camera positioning or adjustment if needed • System testing and verification • Clear explanation of findings Common Issues We Resolve: – Cameras offline or not recording – App not connecting – Motion alerts not working – Poor camera view or angle – System not responding – Device reconnection to network Notes: • Covers existing systems only • New equipment, rewiring, or upgrades quoted separately • Does not include monitoring service changes with third-party providers • Additional labor or parts may be required depending on issue The listed booking amount covers only the scope described above.
