Service Description

This service provides professional on-site diagnosis and evaluation of issues affecting audio and video systems, including televisions, home theaters, A/V receivers, speakers, soundbars, source devices, and related components. Whether you are experiencing no sound, no picture, distorted audio, intermittent video, or connectivity issues, our technicians will methodically test and assess the system to identify the source of the problem. If the issue can be resolved through standard troubleshooting during the diagnostic visit—such as settings adjustments, reconnections, or minor configuration corrections—our technician will address and resolve it at that time. The primary goal of this service is to accurately diagnose the problem and determine the most effective path toward full resolution. This service is focused on diagnostics and basic troubleshooting. Any additional repairs, equipment replacement, system reconfiguration, rewiring, or installation work beyond the initial troubleshooting are not included and may require additional authorization and/or a separate service appointment. The standard diagnostic visit typically covers up to one (1) hour on site. If additional time is required to complete troubleshooting or evaluation, services beyond the initial hour may be billed accordingly with customer approval. The listed booking amount covers only the scope described above. Additional work, labor, hardware or upgrades require a separate quote and client approval.
